Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or customized products, gift cards, and items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
